Goals (Mar 2010)

So it’s time to set some new goals.  Short-term goals, anyway.  Weight:  220 or under by end of April 2010.  Plank:  45 seconds or more.  Cardio:  2-3 minutes or more jogging / running @ 5.2 or faster.  Cable weight machines:  60 bicep / tricep, 80 leg lift (forward and reverse), 60 shoulder press, 60 chest press, 70 seated row.  I think that’ll be qute enough to keep me working my arse off…
